JM. Gobillard et Fils Brut Tradition is a beautifully balanced Champagne made in the heart of the region, just metres from the grave of Dom Pérignon in Hautvillers. This elegant sparkler is crafted using equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – the classic Champagne blend – and aged for a minimum of two years in the cellar for added complexity and finesse.
The result is a gentle, rounded style of Champagne with notes of ripe apple and fresh fruit. A crisp and clean palate is balanced by soft brioche aromas from extended bottle ageing, offering a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel and a harmonious, long finish.
