Distilled in 1991 before Rosebank fell silent, this whisky has been matured for over three decades in refill sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads, preserving the distillery’s signature light and floral character.
Triple distilled and bottled at 48.1% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, it delivers remarkable purity and elegance. On the nose, bright citrus leads alongside soft vanilla and delicate notes of candied almond. The palate is beautifully layered, revealing camomile, ripe berry and gentle baked banana, before a long, graceful finish of sweet peach, subtle oak and light herbal tones.
Part of the Rosebank Legacy Trilogy, this second release is both a collector’s piece and a benchmark of Lowland whisky.
