Q.S.S. Rare Reserva Portuguese Red is a refined expression of Lisboa’s terroir, crafted by Quinta de S. Sebastião from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Alicante Bouschet. Part of a series that supports endangered wildlife, this vegan-friendly red combines purpose with quality. Fermented in stainless steel and matured for 12 months in French oak, it develops both depth and polish, showing a deep garnet colour with inviting aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, black pepper, and a touch of truffle and oak.
On the palate, it is concentrated yet beautifully balanced, with ripe red and black fruit layered alongside subtle spice and herbal notes. The structure is confident but elegant, leading to a long, refined finish. A versatile food wine, it pairs particularly well with slow-cooked lamb, game, grilled meats, and bold cheeses—an expressive and characterful Portuguese red with real presence.
