Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed before a slow, cool fermentation to preserve the wine’s fresh aromatics and vibrant character, resulting in a beautifully pale and refreshing rosé.
Bursting with aromas of citrus and red berries, the nose shows notes of candied strawberry alongside subtle tropical hints. The palate is crisp, lively and fruit-forward, with refreshing acidity balancing the ripe berry flavours and leading into a clean, elegant finish.
