Ondas Del Alma Godello

Ondas del Alma Godello is a beautifully fresh and expressive white wine from Monterrei, a small but rapidly emerging wine region in south-eastern Galicia near the Portuguese border. Crafted by Adegas Pazo das Tapias, this elegant wine showcases the potential of the Godello grape, one of Spain’s most exciting native white varieties.

The winery was established in 2006 when the Méndez family acquired both the estate and the historic Las Tapias vineyard. The winery itself sits at the heart of the vineyard, allowing the team to focus closely on the quality of the fruit. Many of the vines are around 25 years old, producing grapes with excellent concentration and character.
  
Hand-harvested and carefully vinified, this Godello offers a bright, elegant profile that is both refreshing and gently rounded. Aromas of ripe peach and citrus lead the way, followed by a clean, lively palate where soft stone-fruit flavours meet crisp acidity. The result is a balanced and approachable white with a smooth texture and a refreshing finish.
